Hello, I'm new to the forums!

I was hoping someone could help me with an issue in the 360 version of FNV...

Every time I enter the pest control level (lvl 5) in Vault 22 my game crashes. I am trying to go there to get the AER prototype (collecting all unique weapons woot) but cannot enter the room for longer than 15 seconds before an enemy attacks me, causing the game to crash. I enter through he Very Easy locked staircase.

Note; I have Rex and Cass with me, and am working on the quest to find Keely. I have found her and have been instructed to burn the vault.
Before I do this, I wanted to do some looting and came across this issue. I have tried several times with the same result over the last month.
