when you find vault 75 a quest is supposed to start but in my case (and others have reported this) , this does not happen , when i first found vault 75 it didnt even show up as "new area discovered" the marker showed up on the map , but the game never registered the 'new area discovered' thing and no quest started for me , so cuz the quest never started the gunner holding the key card never spawns or drops the card , meaning i can not progress and can not acquire the bobblehead inside , i then reloaded an older save file and went back to the location with the same results , please fix this ive seen other people on pc also complaining about this but they can spawn the card with console commands but we console players cannot , im at level 72 with alot of hours in and my other last save is at level 63 ,so i have no option of going back and even if i load that file , the same bug is still there, please fix this

Many other people have this bug. I submitted a complaint about it. The more people that do, the better odds of a fix.

I am having the exact same issue on Xbox One. I have tried multiple clears at different times of day/night and reloaded earlier saves - No luck.
