Vault 70 question

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 2:43 pm

I know jack about the Mormon faith with the sole exception of the background of the founding of the Mormon Faith. Which I why I created this thread.

In the wiki it states that in Vault 70: "All jumpsuit extruders fail after 6 months. Most of the inhabitants were Mormons." (A.k.a. The Jumpsuit making machines breakdown permanently)

Now, is nudity a "problem" for Mormons or was it just a titbit of more or less useless information?

Yes, although it's a problem for most Christian denominations, particularly the more conservative ones.

Since religion is a restricted topic here we can't go in to much detail discussing Mormonism here. I'd provide some links but unfortunately I don't have my good sources on Mormonism handy at the moment. However on this particular topic (nudity) I'd suggest looking up temple garments.

They likely made makeshift clothes for themselves instead of running around naked.

By the way, this was actually one of the most successful Vaults that led to the founding of New Canaan in Van Buren.
