General Look: 6'3 skin falling of pieces of his body have melded with his old armour... so removing left him with chunks of skin missing, most of his hair is missing, and half of his left hand
Equipment:old power armour stripped down to almost a bare minimum[no power just certain parts] a travelersesque cloak over this and a gasmask he wears when he goes into public as for weapons an old laser rifle and pistol, and a combat knife
Other: Viktor was a soldier back when the bombs fell, he counted himself the lucky one of his squad surviving a near hit, the armour and equipment he bears now are not his originals he switches out parts as they fail, he has been traveling across the country still trying to make scenes of everything
