I've cleared out Vault 95 and took literally everything but the bobblehead from it when I first went through the thing, after Caite asked me to clear her up, I went down there again.

Literally EVERYTHING spawned again, all items. That includes junk, chems and alcoholic beverages. I know NPC spawns aren't uncommon but literally everything spawned back.

So I thought I'd just check this in.
