This thread is pure speculation, there is no proof, please don't troll it.
So I was just going to places in my current play through and I visited Vault 11 again. The failed Sacrifice experiment. As we all know one person walked out of that Vault and only One person. Anyway it dawned on me, what better place to debue this survivor than the upcoming game the Divide. Since we all know that Lonesome Roads will at least tackle the issue of what makes a nation, I think the guy from the Vault would be perfect to appear her, or at least his descendants.

A few speculations here is that maybe the Currier is the Descendant of that lone survivor. Since a great portion of survivors come from Vaults and descendants from Vaults this is not too far out of the picture.

Or Ulysses could have a tie to this survivor which would explain his obsession with what makes a good nation.

Some person in the Divide could be the decendant of the Vault 11 survivor.

I was thinking that too. I mean it could just be some forgotten lore but they really seem to be tying a lot of thing together so I wouldn't be surprised at a mention of the Vault 11 survivor in the divide.

Owe you know what, it could have been his wife? She would tell him stories of Vault 11 and when she died that is when he started caring about building a new nation.

Survivors of Vault 22 could be there too! So that guy who keeps asking for them could finally stuff it.

So could ghouls from Vault 34!

Maybe that's where everyone from Vault 21 moved to! They have to be somewhere...

Vault 21 people you have already met. They are everywhere.

Vault 34s lore has been fully explored but it would be interesting to see what happened to those people, whether they lived or died but it is unlikely they would be in the divide. But maybe Area 2 is located in the Divide.

Yeah I'm that guy on Vault 22. Survivors would be a loose term for what is happening to them but yeah they could still be there as well.

Vault 11 survivor exists in the game files! I already spawned him via console commands :hubbahubba:
