Vault-tech achieved space colonisation?

So.. Yeah. Few minor spoilers ahead for those of you who havent already sunk a few hours into the game;
- the fallout (3 and 4) " artistic wall panorama" view of history depicts WW2, another genric war, A SPACE WAR, then anchorage
- vault-tec (in fallout 4) tell overseers that their project monotoring for a limited time before it will be externally monitored
- the place you search for a high-end transmitter with a BOS paladin has ALOT of ingame lore about its staff there going to space and staying there for prolonged periods due to war efforts (stating how much of a horror it is)
- robco itself must atleast have self-sustaining (or long lasting) satelites due to pip-boys being able to update a map well after an apocolypse
- pre-war "conspirists" have been mentioned in fallout 4 that believed that an alien race (the one seen in fallout 3: MZ) had been monotoring earth for many years and that governments knew of this.

I mean.. Im not crying "CONFIRMED DLC" It just seems to have an odd pop-up in the lore which is never quite explained..

Please alien dlc. Just do it right this time, Bethesda. Let's go to the moon. And kill lunar super Mutants.

Oh dear...that reminds me of that one bad (and recent) movie with Space Nazis living on the moon.

That said, please let it be true!
