So I just finished that quest where you have to get Bobby to stop doing chems and then I passed the charisma speech check to recruit Tina into a settlement. After that, it's just a few seconds of random silence but the camera is still in dialog mode. All of the sudden she just sort of laughs and walks away. Anyone else have this problem?
