I got my Vault to 73 dwellers and was loving this game. I got on today and one of my rooms says there is an infestation but nothing is there! All my people are running around and my vault isn't producing and the whole thing is completely useless now. Nothing I have tried works, it just always stuck in this state now.

How do you fix this? This is really dumb and i'm starting to think I just wasted days on a game.

I logged into the game to find two out of 3 people dead in one of my Water Treatment Plants. A molerat(?) hole is still present, but the creatures seem to have been dispatched, and are nowhere to be found. Regardless, the alarm still sounds and flashes in that room, and the people in it, including the newly revived, are running around with their weapons drawn. Production has ceased everywhere, though I still have times underneath people training.


Closing the application does not help, and the status continues when I reopen the game, making it completely unplayable.

The solution is to manually back up your save files after you log out of the game, but before this happens.

Can you do that on a phone/tablet?

I just backed up mine from android, took me a while to find that save file
