I have been trying to get into one of my vaults and it won't let me in. I created a new vault and that one works fine, but whenever I load my original, the app crashes immediately after the loading screen. I have put money into this vault and I expect to get back into it or be refunded fully. The only support system offered has been come on this forum and talk about your feelings. I have read many other threads with the same problem, but nobody seems to have a solution other than deleting the vault. I have tried all the other solutions tried by other users: restarting the app, restarting the phone, clearing my cache, starting it in airplane mode, and nothing has worked.
