Why not? They are all over the place. All it would take is one genius trying to fix one up, the real problem is fuel, which is practically non-existent. But, it would take a lot away from the experience, you'll fly right pass some potentially interesting and rewarding locations.

It would be a pretty cool reward for having 100 repair skills. Being able to make a pre-war motorcycle run again, and being the only one in the wasteland with such a mode of transport would be pretty neat.

Sadly there are no vehicles in Fallout New Vegas as far as we know. But what we do know is that there have been a gazillion threads on the subject. So it's best to drive on over to one of those threads and run this one out of gas... or nuclear fusion ... cartridges... or stuff
