velocity units and some other questions

Im trying to modify the projectiles in fallout 3 to better match actual speeds, in addition to other things, and cannot find any information as to the scale or units used in the GECK for projectile velocity.

Also, the gravity settings, is it a 0 to 1 range, or greater than that? and if so, does 1 correspond to the full 9.8m/s2, or is it closer to some other value?

And, what are the units of measure for the range value? I am going to assume its compatible with the speed units (m and m/s, or ft and ft/s)

I am just finding it hard to get a somewhat accurate projectile given I have no clue as to the scale I am using. As NASA found out, using feet in place of meters usually causes problems. At least I am not going to crash a multibillion dollar piece of equipment into the surface of another planet if I screw up, but it would be nice to know.
