My weapons vendor in Sanctuary appears to be broken. When I sell her stuff she takes it but doesn't give caps. She has like 902 caps and the screen shows that it is going to take caps from her and give them to me, but our cap counts stay the same after the transaction is complete, only she still takes my stuff.

Happening to anyone else?

Save. Quit game. Restart game. Load save. Fixed.
