I know they fixed a glitch/exploit with vendor shipments recently, but, did they also change how you use them? I've been buying and saving them through my game (not using) until I was interested in building a good settlement... now I'm at that point, I've just gone to cash them in (buy putting them in to the workshop), but they're not converting from the shipment to the materials... so again, did they change how you use them? If so, how do you use them now?

They should auto scrap when you need them

yea i have had to drop shipping papers and scrap them. simply putting in workbench is not working, not sure if it is a glitch or not

I've been putting them in the workbench, they don't roll over right away, but will break down when you need them automatically.

No need to drop them and scrap

The fix was disabling the autoscrap when you put them into the bench to stop console players from duplicating resources. You can leave them in there to be scrapped when you run out of mats or if you're like me and need your workbench as uncluttered as possible you can drop them and scrap them.

Which is sad if you ask me. They rather focus on harmless glitches like that instead of annoying ones like Level 4 vedors not showing up...

There's a mile long list of things they could have focused on instead but they didn't. So it is what it is.
