Has anyone found a vendor that has roughly or close to 7,000-10,000 caps thats available some what towards the beginning of the game cause im tired og lugging around all this junk i just need a place to dump it off at..

Most I've seen is 3 and change up through Novac. You could easily do it if you hit all the seller in Goodsprings, Camp Mojave (spelling), Novac and the couple wanders (one at camp or right down the hill and in Novac). Are you walking encumbered or did you just hit the jackpot on something. Up until I got a permanent room I left crap in the mail.

I'm only at level 17 and Gun Runners already have 8k caps every time the shops resets, although i think its been like that since level 15 since so many other things got upgraded then.

The trader at the Mojave Outpost has about 2,000 caps early on. In later levels (20+) she can have more than 7,000.
