the installer reports having installed Fallout 1 v.1.3.4, while the readme reports the version as 1.3.3-- which one is correct? How can I/Do I need to update it to 1.3.4, since I have read there are significant changes between 1.3.3. and 1.3.4 ?

What is the difference between Fallout tril and Fallout Collection/Fallout Ultimate Collection, which seems to be also generally available?

Upon loading the game look to the lower right hand corner and you will see the actual version number. The difference between the Fallout Trilogy and the others seen around is that the Fallout Trilogy is the official distribution of the games since their original debuts. Hope this helps!
