Bug is coming back up with me and my friends, seems to be when we are from different regions (i.e. they are UK and I'm US)

Haven't had the problem for about two weeks, and I thought Crytek had done a hotfix.

Anyone else getting this nasty bug coming back up?

I want to play with my friends!

***Edit*** We kicked in to SP and then back to MP for our entire lobby and it seemed to fix it. Hope it doesn't come back up in the future again.
