My very complex ideas.About game Mechanics and Char creation

First off all im not really that experienced with MMO′s, and therefore not that biased eyet!!

Character creation:
I would like to see them implement somthing like the "All Points Bulletin" avatar creator, and since the company is bankrupt they might be able to pick up the tech behind cheap.

I would like to see attributess like strength, luck, charisma and so forth going up to 100% instead of 10 points.
That would mean there would be more possibilities to base stuff on different attributes...like you wont be able to lift and shoot that mini-gun unless you have at least 70% strength....

The skills would then have to be broken down into more specialized skills....like under guns you would have handguns, SMG′s and so on....
And the repair skills would have armor, guns and so on......
All these skills would be based on the 100% rating again....

There should be loads of perks to start with....and ranging between 1 and 10 in rating dependend on how usefull they would be.....This means you have up to 10 points to spend on perks if you want to!!
But wait thats not all....the points dont come for free, you have to chose flaws to get points meaning the flaw would have the same rating system between 1 and 10 depending on how servere they would svck..
So choose none or all....more character custumization that way...and a more unique experience..

and you would get some free traits to start off with, and to put you character in the dircetion you want....it might be some sniping, crafting or mutating trait!!!

Experience and Progrssion:
Xp would give you advances in skills and attributes....the more XP you but in particular catagorie the more it will cost, but having access to all availble skills means there is no class, only what you choose to make!!

You will get perks, flaws and traits on the way.....maybe you get a 1 point to spend to on perks/flaws per turn...and you would be able save them lvl to lvl!!!

and maybe a trait every 5 lvl.

Traits, peerks and flaws would contain specilization stuff, which will make you the greatest crafter, warrior, barter, and son dependend on what you choose...so either you can make you character balanced or highly spealized.....make some depend on other character!!!

Crafting:
All crafting is open you just have to skill it ot get better stuff and make better stuff....
This means if you have you repair armor at 20% you might be able to understand instructions on how to make a basic leather armor and/or reapair it. But if you had spend a lot of Xp on repair armor you might have 80% in armor reapair you kight be able to tinker with powr armor, if you could find one to break down or a instruction on how one would build it!!

Getting recipes/instructions on to build stuff, would be quest realted, drops of unique/special mobs.
When you have learned how to make/repair something, you would then start to get experience in that recipe opening up for more advanced types of that object or add ons for the object!!!
So highl lvl specilized crafted gear would be about the best gear you could get.....

And let say you have leather armor recipe on lvl meaning you just learned it, would mean you could add nothing to the armor in particular....but a lvl 2 an add on slot would open up, that when it gets an permanent add would be better have a particular look, and off course be worth more Caps...

This would make crafting a very vital part, and a very big influence on the economy!!!....

I will continue my rant later....and i would really like to see some comments or suggestions to this idea...meaning if you just want to say it svcks and be on you way, plz dont, use constructive crtizicism if any!!!

No auction House!!!!:
I dont think an big auction would fit in...except i the biggest city's...and i think the Auction House should be expensive...like a 20-40% ekstra tax for selling on the AH!!

Instead i think there should be market places all over where you could set up shop!!!
So when you set up shop, which size depends on the carrying item you posses...Big traders backpack, traders small cart, Traders carrying Brahmin, or Brahmin with large cart....and off course the bigger the carrying item, the bigger the inventory!!

So to set up shop in different markets you have to go through the wasteland with the chance of getting robbed (chance of losing 50% of items) by other players!!!
You could pay a caravan company to freight you stuff to the next city...for a price offcourse, but they would still be a chance to get robbed... though only up to 10-35% depending on the caravan company and the price!!!

Well why not just set up shop in the biggest city and never move on, well because you need permission to set up shop.....and you need stuff like reputation, lvl, or size to do that!!!

So you would have to develop some kind of rep system for trading, and that would take into account what you sold the most, and how valuable items you sold!!!
So the more items you sell the better the rep.....so if you charge to much, no sale and no rep!!!

The shop should only be open when you near it and AFK or when you are offline....or you could hire a NPC to keep your shop open!!

The market itself should be limted to a certain number of slots which cost Caps to rent for a day or up to 14 days!!
There should be special markets where you can only sell firearms and weapons...A weekly market that is only open in the weekend, which is bigger and would earn you more sales rep!!
