Sorry that I couldn't make a proper title. I am very confused on the matter of the securitron army and it's upgrade. I worked for the caesar, and he told me to blow up the underground area. You know, the one that has a constant +1 rad per second? I blew the place up, not knowing what I was doing. Afterwards, I double-crossed the caesar and installed Yes Man into the mainframe. He then told me that Mr.House had prepared me a recording (I killed him, just so you know). I was transported to a room which showed the securitrons functions and what not. Then the House recording talked about the upgrade, and how it'll make them better and junk. Are the robots upgraded, or did I screw that up when I blew up the underground base?

If you blew up the bunker, then the Securitron army under the Fort was not upgraded. It was...destroyed.

However, by giving the chip to Yes-Man, you did upgrade the Securitrons in Vegas.
