It is not uncommon for games to get a ton of flak for having nvde files even available but not visible. I don't know about you, but it's hardly worth the risk when modders can do it without any of the negative impact on the developers. That's all there is to it. Nobody is progressing the cause of human enlightenment by adding nudity to the vanilla version of the game.

You're just reinforcing it now, expressing that it's not possible. I don't think there's a definite, but yet people always want to 'believe' in some direction.
