I brought up a topic a while back how I was receiving very high latency on my internet while playing Fallout 4 on Xbox One and I recently found out there is no fix. It's not Fallout 4's fault at all as I tried the Witcher III on my Xbox One and it did the same thing, but not as bad. It doesn't make sense how a single player game is using internet in some sort of fashion besides syncing saves. I have been reinstalling Fallout 4 the last few days, because I have a slow 1.12mb's internet and it's at 78% currently, so it should be finished by tomorrow morning thankfully. Since The Witcher III is doing it as well I realized there is no fix and I'm wasting my time re-downloading Fallout 4 when I could have been already playing it if I didn't impulse uninstall.
