Very low pc conf, flat textures etc.

Hi all

I have very low pc and I just want to know if its my procesor reason why I get strange symptoms in the game. I have latest patch, no dlcs.

My pc:

Sempron 3400+ 1800mhz(yeah I know...

Radeon hd4650 512mb

2gb ram, Windows XP - freshly installed with updates sp3

All latest drivers, directx etc.

So problem is, I started the game but intro is desynced, some trees are flat. Later when I need to go to Whiterun (I think-after that 1st quest in Riverwood), whole area is flat textures no npcs etc i falling through the ground. Sometimes when I save, sudenlly all appear. I set graphic to low. Also tried in windowed mode and its working!

This is the first time in my life that If I don't meet the requirements i got that kind of problems. Its usually low fps and stutter. When Oblivion came out, for the first time I played it on radeon 9200, I must to tweek files because shader model, got bad fps, stutter but it worked like every other game.

Some guy played it on one core Celeron (2.0 or 2.2ghz), 3gb ram and some nvidia, and got 30fps on medium-high so one core is not the problem? Or it very big difference those 200-400mhz? I can't overclock because [censored] motherboard. So if you have some suggestions tell me. I tried to tweak in catalyst and the game but no luck. Also when I switch from low textures to medium there is no impact on fps, so I think its not the RAM problem or gpu.
