ok, my first mod was today, nothin spectacular, just tweeking my inventory & stats.
but my question is, is it possible to upload pc mods to the xbox? for example...the british invasion quest or a virtibird house.

Nope. MS considered user-made content like mods to be a security risk, and even if security isn't a problem the XBox can't troubleshoot mods the way a PC can so it's much easier to screw things up with them.
