Okay my computer can run fallout new vegas fine it wasnt in slow motion yesterday but there was a driver update for my computer so i said okay and dowloaded it and now my guy is walking like he is crouched im not overcomberd cause if i type in the console tgm my guy is still walking SUPERSLOW if i jump. its slow motion.also it takes about 2 minutes to open up the pipboy cause its in slow motion.
