Just wondering. Is this a location, marked or unmarked, in the game?

Also I haven't beat the game, so if it has anything to do with the ending please don't ruin that.

It actually is a marked location somewhere in Cambridge. There is information in said place that confirms it, including some things to interact with. Has no relation to any quest.
