I have five or six side quests that I have completed that will not trigger and let me progress forward. I gave up decided to continue on the main quest.

I saved Vic Valentine and have met him in his office. I sit down and talk to him. I have four prompts to talk to him. I do them all and Vic just keeps asking if their is anything else. I cannot get any further than this with Vic. ?????

On another note, my main character's voice has been gone for some time. I go back to an earlier savecu, where he still has a voice. I then come back to my current game and still nothing. Any clues???
