i sense the sarcasm and agree fully.

Whats hilarious with these CF/SLI flickering issues is that you would think crytek would have tested the game extensively on such hardware.

Oh wait, they dont have to. Its a console port derp derp 1 **** video card can run it on extreme anyways we dont have to test SLI setups.

Oh, just check out what happens when I remove a card from SLI by dedicating the 3rd one to PhysX, thus dropping the driver into 2-way SLI mode.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40z5CUUvxsc

It's crazy how this doesn't affect all SLI and Xfire users... makes no sense really but there it is. :)

Hmm, to be honest, I haven't even tried the Multiplayer in the Retail game yet.

I tried to log in with my Mycryis account and ran into the bug so many here are having, got fed up with it and decided to just play the campaign first. Then I was treated to the mess you see in my video and haven't tried to log in or play MP again since.

Ah well our **** pc's with SLI, crosfire, a graphic card that costs as much as a console, our CPU that costs as much as a console etc etc are ****.

Really we don't have the power of the PS3 or the thousands of MB memory the xbox has..

We can not run it with our very bad platform that is so inferior. (ends maximum sarcasm)

Yeah and all of the "workarounds" don't fully fix my issue and they involve turning off MSAA and a few other things making the game look even more consoled up. Or turning off SLI and getting mediocre framerates.

No thanks, I'll wait for it to be fixed properly. Thanks for the bump I guess, you know I love to be a "Crowd pleaser" (Your Girlfriend was also pleased)

I'm actually happy for you. No sarcasm this time, like I said it's not every system, just certain ones that seem to be hit with this crap.

Yeah, I'm just complaining for nothing. I should just shut up, cut my losses and donate 60$ to crytek for an unplayable game.

You apologists are baffling.

SLI 560's and no issues here thankfully. Don't even need the 2nd card, I can run 45+FPS in 3D 1080P on a single 560ti, that's pretty pathetic. If someone would of told me when I built my PC I'd be getting 100+FPS in Crysis 2 and an average of over 80 I would of laughed in their face. But than again I expected Crysis 2 to be like Crysis and make PC's actually work.

Oh LOOK at the 1.2 patch notes.. NOTHING about this issue.

Crysis 2 PC 1.2.0.0

A new Crysis 2 PC patch is scheduled to go live later today. Below you will find a list of the top fixes.

List of changes
? Further improved anti-cheat measures
? Fix for spurious characters appearing when initiating text chat
? Fix for Chatlog doesn't disappear after kill cam
? Fixed occasional login issues
? Changed VOIP defaults
? Fixed some UI aspect issues on multiple monitors
? Added option for crouch toggle in MP & SP

We’re working hard with our Ranked Server Partners to switch the servers at the same time that the patch goes live – but inevitably this will take time so we ask for your patience. When you launch the game, the patch will auto-download. If you cannot find servers, please exit the game and re-start to ensure the patch has applied.

You can check the version number by selecting Properties on Crysis2.exe and selecting Details. The correct version after patching will be 1.2.0.0, and the executable will be signed by Crytek GmbH.

You know, I was okay with your "I love CRYTEK YUM" comments 'till now, don't diss on a gamer's hardware just because its better than yours.

The game is a piece of **** and poorly coded/optimized, I'm sure he can tear through Crysis 1 with a rig like that.

Yeah, I can't configure a PC.

I guess I just got lucky when every other game on the machine runs at 120FPS with vsync and no FLICKER and that the overclock is stable over 20 passes of Linpack. Totally amazing that by some glitch it managed 53k in 3dmark vantage.

This is clearly a broken, mis-configured machine. http://www.evga.com/ModsRigs/detail.aspx?BuildID=23594

Would you help me to make my PC more gooder so I can play games like you?

Hey, thanks dude! It was pretty pricey, but I got sponsored by a local hardware shop here which helped alot.
Also having no female in the life helps with having some free cash :)

Machine also gets used for alot of video work and transcoding, so having all those CUDA cores on the GPU's and 12 threads on the CPU is a godsend there too.

But mainly it's for gaming :)
