Video card and sound card download? : Crysis

I have recently bought hte game and when I started it sated that my video card is unsuported, I checked in the Manuel of the book and it sayer to go to the nvidia website. I am looking for it but still can't find it can someone help? By the way I got a windows vista 64 bit laptop.[*]It works though but it has multiple freezes and lags both in campain and pvp. Help plz

yo dude go to pg 11 in your instruction manuel and see "Problems Running The Game", the first paragraph should show you to go to http://www.nvidia.com to download a nvidia video card thing.
