And was told my Video Card was bad, i dont know much abt that stuff. So go to the Link above and look at my Stuff. StarForce9 said what i had was the problem.
So my question is would http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3788662 this card allow Fallout 3 too work?

This is a redundant thread linking to the thread you should have posted in....don't make these again ever. Regarding that video card, it's overpriced and it's really slow. I'll give you a suggestion in your original thread and have this one closed.
