Now I dont realy care that much about awards its usually who has the most "devoted fans" that wins, but still I think its kind of interesting.
Who do you think will win ? What are your views on the nominees, anything you feel they missed ?

Action BFBC2, because I like the destruction, adds a nice tactical element to the game.
Artistic Achievement Heavy rain, for a game that looked full of QTEs it looks fun and emotional.
Best Game I havent played most but I like how ACB pulled multiplayer off, looks well done, didn think it would work, but looks great.
Family Didnt play any.
Gameplay ACB, I like the free running.
Handheld Scribblenaughts is impressive imo.
Multiplayer Either reach or BFBC2, cant decide both do good at different things.
Original Music Havent heared most so no idea.
Social Network Game Dont play.
Sports dont play.
Story I love NV, but heavy rain from what I have seen is just better, it is completely focused on the story after all.
Strategy I didnt play anything other than NV, why is NV there ?
Technical Innovation Reach, because forge 2.0 is amazing.
Use of Audio Limbo looked like it had a amazing atmosphere going with that.
GAME Award of 2010 Red dead redemptipon because its my favorite game

If anyone is British here, how come New Vegas is listed as a strategy game?

WTF no RPG award? Maybe because I am in Canada, some of the listings here make no sense. I just don't understand the catagories.

I am british, and I dont understand some either. Also I think ME2 is in too many catagories, 6 is a bit much imo.
Especially when games like RDR is only in GoTY, surely it should be in atleast one other group.

Unfortunate that there are so few games to vote on, for example, I would have liked to see Nier, Alpha Protocol and Dance Evolution there. Nier got the best game soundtrack in years and Dance Evolution is much more fun than Dance Central

Havent played Nier but AC should definately be in the music catagory, it had some amazing music.
Never got around to picking up alpha protocal but I hear gameplay is kinda broken and buggy.
Metro 2033 should be in there imo, pretty amazing atmosphere, then again RDR had one too and has no nominations aside from GoTY. Still weird it can be called best when its not nominated for anything else. Story was great, atmosphere great, msic great, graphics great. I would say it would fit nicely in the artistic achivemnet catagory. The world is jsut wonderful.

Fable 3s music seemed just like a mix of fable 2s and fable 1s.
Also ME2s plot didnt seem that relevant or emotional, Heavy rain, actually made me feel bad, and that was just watching "the shark", "the rat" and "the lizard" on youtube.No game has ever made me actually feel that way.

I am aware these are oppinions, befrore anyone says anything, and I am not arguing about that, people can choose what they want.

Seems like an odd breakdown of categories. Kind of disappointed that Final Fantasy XIV didn't get a nod for Original Music, though I'm not surprised considering its reputation. I haven't played the game myself, but the soundtrack is another brilliant display of Uematsu's genius.
