Scatted around commonwealth like magazines etc they play a video clip on pipboy. However can be slotted into TV which it will pmay continiously on a loop. If multiple tapes in tv it will play each in turn in a loop.


Content can be submissions from flash makers. That community is huge so wont be hard. Will be lots of fallout related content and cartoons which the mod community can appeal for videos, also searching websites with them already (There is a lot) request permission from authors.


Many possibilities.

More tapes more videos your tv will play. Build up your own collection of family entertainment. Who else was disappointed you couldnt use the tv?


What would you like to see as content?


There is one type of video i would love somebody to make and that is a flash cartoon of a Pre-War Vertibird safety video.

In real lIfe whenever boarding a helicopter you must watch a safety video before you can board. I would make a little airport building and a heli pad in a settlement. Me and companion sit and watch it and then call the BOS vertibird to send us on iur way.



Dont underestimate flash cartoons. Some of the people making them for fun produce excellent quality. Relatively available content too just need permissions and then scripting to put it into the game.
