This is being experienced by people with Intel drivers. Its a new problem with the 1.3 patch.

Intel Cards are not that good and I have a feeling HBAO was enabled with the new patch.

The game worked perfectly before the patch. I want a revert, a fix, or a refund.

In this video, I was using this http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/73/?, because I noticed it prevents CTD's since the last update. I've been having problems all over the place, this graphics issue is just one of them.

Please run a dxdiag.exe and post the full report in spoiler tags.

That mod might not be compatible with the new patch.

There will not be a revert to an old patch. They might be able to fix the issue and that is the reason for the dxdiag.exe since that will give information on the system and other information as well in regards to drivers and such.

The problem is, if I don't use that mod since the last update, the game wont even run. It crashes when I try loading a save.

Your laptop does not meet min specs on the CPU as well. I did notice that your drivers are a couple of years old. See about updating them. Also you might want to get more ram since the videocard is using your system ram..

I think there is a mod that might allow you to play using the intel card. I think it is called dxcpl.

Nope, DXCPL didn't fix the issue. Remember, my game ran perfectly before the patch. I know I have intel which isn't supported, but it used to work. Also, the game runs at 30 fps even now with the glitches, so its not like I don't have the processing power.

Should I update to windows 10? I have windows 7 currently.

Ramaraunt, I'm in the exact same position. My computer that was tops a few years ago i played fallout 4 without a hitch. They released this patch and the intel chips are goes ape[censored] for some reason. I tried everything like you did and I'm at a loss. I hope they patch the patch for us intel users..
