Is there a way that I can type in a username or gamertag to find a friend's stats? It's a little meaningless to see my stats if I can't compare them

or in game leaderboards, friends only? (only works if you are friends in game though)

I mean their service record, not just their leaderboard stats in-game. Like how I can see a breakdown of all my weapons, support bonuses skill kills, etc. Their full record. Anything like that?
