I can't see a single piece of comparison between Tullius and Caesar/Augustus besides that two are Romans and one is pseudo-Roman. It's a comparison made by someone who doesn't know squat about Caesar nor Augustus.

Ulfric has his flaws, but everybody has. His heart is in the right place and he is an inspirational leader who knows what he's doing. That's why I want him on the throne.
