He has got to be the darkest Nord I think I've ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if a large portion of the 30+ years he has served in the Legion was spent in Hammerfell.

I would love for someone to show an NPC Nord who even as close to being as dark as him.

maybe he just tans well? maybe he in particular is half nord and half redguard?

I chalk it up to spending a looooooooot of time outside in the nvde.
