I found a mod called "Better Vignar" which gives him fairer skin, but that one also makes him look 30 years younger, which doesn't fit his voice and background/lore.

It's a matter of taste. Some people have a very tanned complexion. Tan... or dirt. As Sheogorath would say, I doubt vikings smelled faintly of violets.

But it's easy to achieve in the CK. It's a good reason to try !
