Villa (Home) DLC?

Post » Wed Nov 03, 2010 2:13 pm

Hey all,

I was just wondering how many of you would enjoy having a villa (home) type DLC.

I just recently finished with every achievement, including DM! (also got all 37 Gold Bars!)

And when i got to the lucky 38, I was like "I hope they make a home type DLC, like they did in Oblivion"

So my ideal home DLC would be:

- Build on the outskirts of new vegas (so you can have a great view of the place)
- Have the home (villa/mansion) be surrounded by iron gates and turrets at every corner
- There should be an "armory" garage or room, where you can store all your weapons and have the benches there as well
- There has to a recreational room: Have all games available from the casinos(black jack etc, pool, sauna room, spa, darts, nuka cola/sarsaparilla machines and all other great recreational stuff
- Have individual guest rooms for all your companions
- Have a dog house for Rex!
- the home should be able to have "themes" like Fallout 3 had. (Goth, sixy, nerdy, wastelander. etc)

and all other great surprises that they could possibly add on.

Anyway, I just had to get this out there and hopefully some of you feel the same and please feel free to upgrade my ideas! Love to hear from all you fellow wastelanders!

They already said that all DLCs will be like the ones from Fallout 3.

Perhaps an official plug-in, like Bethesda did with Oblivion. But not a full fledged DLC.

Read my post above. They already confirmed, that's not happening.

A fortress on the hill? Yeah I could get on board with that. Hell, I'd probably pay the price of a full DLC just for these few meager features..

I honestly wouldn't so no to it but if anything id prefer more DLC.
Also if you really want a house get it on PC there'll be a tonne to choose from plus better companions quests patches pretty much everything.

You misunderstand. I know about every bit of info that has been released to public. What I meant was how I would expect/like a house addition.

How about something like this incorporated with a regular DLC?

It would be cool if they did. I would hope they would make it a reward, like the the bos bunker at the end of dead money.
