The quest "New Allegiances" is bugged.

I didn't save the game when this happened, but there were a few times when I loaded the previous save file, went through a **** lot of radiant quests, which strangely were mostly given by Fura Bloodmouth only to receive a quest from Vingalmo to bite someone I've already turned.

Is there any way around this? Just a reminder, I didn't save the game when it happened, but everytime I try this glitch appears.

I was hoping to get "The Gift" quest so I could turn my female Nord's husband, Argis the Bulwark into a vampire.
