Virgil looks terrible

I'm on my third play through of FO4 and just got to Virgil and, once again, I am just horrified by how he looks, and I'm not talking about the transformation from human to mutant issues going on with the character. I feel like I'm looking at a graphic from 15 years ago. He is smooth, lacking any sense of texture or detail. His clothes merge right into his flesh in a way that makes it hard to tell where the shirt ends and the skin begins. Comparing him to even other characters in this game and he just feels... unfinished. Like someone forgot to apply the finished textures and normal_maps to him. Is this something on the agenda for a fix? Cos if not it really should be.

All supermutants, and all the feral ghouls, have this same art failure when you look at them up close. I guess they figured you'd be so busy running from or shooting at these monsters most of the time, that you wouldn't notice. But as you noticed, once you get up close and have time to really observe, they are rather lame looking.

The one monster in the game that obviously got a lot of love from the artists, is the deathclaw. It's models look awesome even up close, and very detailed.
