Hello, good morning, today a little worried because I see that my antivirus (free) I report a virus in my recent game downloaded Crysis 3.

As I realized, I'm simply moving files to back up, as it will install the new Windows ..., that's when the antivirus detected.

I still curious if this is something illegal by EA, since it supene they are the real dealers.

As a curiosity, my computer yesterday afternoon CHKDSK checks performed, and performed repairs on the disk it is now or surprise ...

as detail disk where I have installed games or coincidentally mind sudden I had touched replace sata cable because I do not.

I apologize for the English use google translator.

summarizing .. I have downloaded a virus from origin, tube problems with my pc, change sata cable because of this (match), but I have doubts.

I put pictures of the problem, had no virus, only now.

You most likely shouldn't worry, Avira is known for it's false-positives.

Kaspersky is an excellent choice.

perosnally i dont use any of the paid for antivirus , they are usually too intrusive and block more things you need /want than actual virus. take kaspersky for instance it will shutdown your entire network just to protect you from nothing.

I use windows security essentials or AVG free edition

P.I.C.N.I.C. Problem In Chair, Not In Computer. Kaspersky does nothing of the sorts. I even have mine in manual selection mode, and have been using Kaspersky for four years.

The only time Kaspersky will suggest to terminate network connections is if you disable protection, so you're not at any risk of any infection while its not enabled.
