I finished the quest where you enter Kellogg's memories and after my character got out of the pod thing you sit in everything past 5 feet is blurred. I've tried hard resetting, sleeping 24 hours, got everything cured from Doctor but it is still blurred. I can't even play the game now, My last save was 10 hours before the Kellogg quest and when I load back to it the vision isn't blurred but I really do not want to replay 10 hours and have to gain back all the loot I found.
