Voice Acting holds back the content of the game.

If you played morrowind you know there was a crap ton of quests one person could for a guild in the game.

I you played skyrim and you played through the college of whispers quests well...you guys know how quickly that turned out..

Whats holding back the quests in skyrim IMO? Voice acting. The quest designers themselves could have added much more to the current quests if they didn't have push for voice actors.

I know it futile to suggest that next games they do don't include voice acting but I just feel the need to vent this point. And I'm not suggesting the acting is bad experience either I just feel so much could be added more to the game if they didn't use it.

its not just voice acting but quality is what is holding back content, if cities had used the same models over and over again there would be a lot more than there are now, just look at Morrowind it had tons of content but it wasnt quality becuase most of it was just randomly generated.
And I like it when I talk to someone and they just dont say hello and then turn into an encylopedia
