These are lists of all voice files with their subtitles. Now you can easily find what each voice file says. So if you want an argonian maid from your mod to say "thank you" to player you just open Argonian_female.txt and search for "thank".

"not used.txt" contains list of files that are not used in the game.
"used in scripts.txt" contains list of files that are used in scripts only.
"used.txt" contains list of files that can be found in CS.

964 sound files are not used in the game.
Looks like at some point during development NPCs were supposed to yell something like "grab him/her!" at player if he/she had bounty.
Files wolfdoor.mp3, wolfdoorfalse.mp3, wolfdoornone.mp3, wolfdoortrue.mp3 don't match their subtitles.
