To voice-over or to not voice-over, that's (not) the dilemma

I want voice-actors if they can improve upon what their NPCs sounded like last-time. In most cases, there was just no point.

If it's quality enough to warrant my turning off the subtitles, then yes. If I'm just going to read what they're going to say, and skip the voice-tracks, then I don't care if they're in or not.

However, it seems as though having a huge, beautiful next-gen game that has silent NPCs kind of steals from the experience. I like it when they talk, just not when they svck.

Edit: grammar, plus a small addition.

I was very skeptical of fully voiced dialogue but despite it's faults I found it actually did add a lot. FO3 improved upon most of the problems Oblivion had so I think it's trending well for TES V.
