The Imperials get a racial skill called, "Voice of the Emperor" does anyone know exactly what it does?

In previous TES games it is a high grade charm spell.

It will probably be the same as in Oblivion were you cast a spell which makes a person like your more (temporarily)

Probably makes all the Nord filled bars deadly silent when you walk in.

I wish it was like Battlecry except it calls friendly NPC's to come and help you

Maybe it's a speech skill bonus only imperials have.^_^

It's probably still a charm power... I hope not though. The one in Oblivion was barely stronger than an apprentice spell, and a spell can be cast more than once per day.
