I assume you mean how many players just ignore they are playing a dragonborn in which case you can spend the entire game without shouting save the main storyline, you can't ignore your character talking.

Grunts, groans and shouts are a LOT different than spoken dialog.

I don't know I can see a "silence the protagonist" mod popping up almost immediately.

People on consoles can't use mods.
