Not sure if this has been asked before, I couldn't find out tho, so I figured I'd ask.

I'm in windhelm in the palace of kings, I have not chosen a side yet, and everytime I walk in there, there are two voices talking and I cannot for the life of me figure out who's doing the talking.

Anyone else hearing or heard the voices?

Ulfric and his General have a conversation in there if you haven't chosen a side yet... they should be around the throne or in a small room in the back of the palace (go all the way to the end, near the throne, and turn left).
