The problem is that every NPC talks me, but I can′t hear them(From mods, and from the game). They move their lips, as if they were talking, but without saying anything. I have just modified .ini setting to "bUseSoftwareAudio3D=1"...

It seems you are suffering from the localized versions' problem with voices: you see, on spanish version of oblivion, the path for voices is in spanish (i.e. the voices for red guards are in the "guardia rojo" folder instead of "Redguard"). When a mod changes a npc, as it was probably made with an english version, it redirects the npc to search his voice in the english named folder, instead of the route you have in you BSA. If that is the case, however, imperial or khajit characters should be voiced, as their folders are called the same in both versions.

A fix for that would be to unpack your oblivion voices BSAs in your data folder, and renaming the race folders to the english versions, leaving the untouched BSAs. That way, you will have the two routes, and the npc will be able to find his voice, no matter if he has been altered by a mod or not.

Hi,

that is not the problem. I have already done that. The NPC′s move their lips (So the routes are correct), and the text goes normal, BUT they don′t talk.
