Have you tried going up some steep angled dungeon stairs then stopping and jumping up and down alot. Also running down the stairs then jumping when reaching the middle of the flight of stairs is also good. The just released version of DAGGERFALL is incredibly stable and runs as if it had just been created this year so maybe things like the void arent possible anymore.

The easiest way to get into the void is to play on a slow computer (low amount of cycles in DOSBox) and walk by some stairs. There are especially some narrow orange passages in some dungeons where it's very easy to fall into the void.

Having Slowfall active on an elevator often does the trick, especially if you jump or crouch. Or both.

Come play on my computer, I can't stay out of it. Most recently, I fell in by climbing a house whose roof stuck out a couple inches over the top of the wall.

First off, you need to be able to levitate.

Find a stairway, or other sloping passage. Cast levitate, and move up to the ceiling at the top of the passage. Duck, and move forward some more. Now levitate up some more. Ta-da!
