Volikar or vampire for necromage only

Post » Sun Sep 15, 2013 2:21 am

Ok new playthrough and wondering which side to take. Played both sides already in separate playthoughs but looking fo another opinion

Nord nightblade character and i like the vampire eyes etc for looks/ necromage spell boosts but i dont want to use vamp form as it takes points away from leveling

Do the items /spellsyou get from radiant quests makeup the loss of dawnguard weapons/spells?

If you're a mage then side with the Volikhar Vampires. They have more magic-based items at their disposal, and you'll find the alchemy and enchanting areas useful. Or atleast I did.

All depends on your character story. Would it make sense for them to accept the gift of Vampirism?

I do like the isran crew better but i do like fighting the random dawnguard spawns and one of the vampire rings gives you 100+magic. Is there another ring that gives u that?

If your playing a Mage especially an illusion mage, it's hard to pass up the extra bonuses that the Necromage/Vampire offer you.
